Auburn Tigers Baseball

This panoramic photo captures the action at Plainsman Park in Auburn, Alabama as the Auburn Tigers hosted the LSU Tigers. Auburn took the series 2-1, handing # 1 ranked LSU their first weekend series loss this season. Plainsman Park seats 4,096 and is one of the nation’s best facilities in college baseball. A 1998 facelift transformed it into a renaissance of Camden Yard proportions. The park offers the brick backstop of Wrigley Field, the dark green chairback seats of Camden Yards and the Green Monster of Fenway Park, each timeless elements borrowed and melded together to create a timeless atmosphere for college baseball.
